But are <strong data-start=\"149\" data-end=\"155\">we<\/strong>\u2014those who educate future doctors\u2014changing as well?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"407\">Modern medical education is no longer about memorizing symptoms. It is about developing clinical thinking, empathy, and mastering technology. In this process, the role of the teacher is transforming:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"637\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"440\">From lecturer to mentor.<\/strong> Today, students can find almost any information online within seconds. The teacher\u2019s task is to help them filter this \u043f\u043e\u0442\u043e\u043a, analyze complex cases, and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"833\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"672\">Simulation-based learning.<\/strong> We must be present not only at the patient\u2019s bedside but also in simulation centers, helping students refine their skills to automaticity in a safe environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"922\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"860\">Lifelong learning.<\/strong> A teacher who stops learning loses the right to teach others.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1073\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Through participation in the trainings of the <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1027\">Ukrainian-Swiss Medical Education Development Project<\/strong>, we are learning a new strategy for teaching.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The world of medicine is changing faster than textbooks can be updated.
